4 month training plan (16 weeks) - $599 ($149.75 per month, subscription)

Goal is to train for a specific event. This could be a Gran Fondo, a 100 mile ride, a half marathon, Olympic Triathlon, a 10 mile or km run.

Depending on your previous training effort and overall fitness, this could also be the final 4 months prior to a full marathon, Ironman, 160 mile gravel grinder, etc

Once a week 30 minutes virtual meeting with coach.

Up to date training, technology, nutrition, and race information.

Highly recommend to combine this plan with an INSCYD and/or lactate test. This plan includes a 10% discount on one INCSYD and/or lactate test.
